This online induction program will enable John Holland Southern Region to better meet the needs of its business and diverse range of projects and personnel, to ensure compliance with OH&S, quality, legislation and environmental standards.

John Holland is one of Australia’s largest construction contractors, a rail contractor and has also recently re-entered the mining business. The business complexity of each of the divisions provides a rich and diverse range of occupations and roles in which the context of inductions must be developed. John Holland in partnership with The Malka Group will develop an industry e-learning demonstration to develop an ‘online solution’ to provide both a generic and project specific induction to its personnel at all levels of the organisation. This demonstration will focus on meeting the needs of its business and diverse range of projects and personnel, as well as ensuring compliance with OH&S, quality, legislation, and environmental standards.
